13:15 - 13:50 - Arrival of guests at The Ritz-Carlton Vienna*


14:00 - 14:30 - Civil ceremony starts at The Atmosphere Rooftop Bar 

14:30 - 15:45 - Group photographs along with drinks reception and our wedding cake, the Original-Sacher Torte, at The Atmosphere Rooftop Bar


15:45 - 16:00 - Guests departing from The Atmosphere Rooftop Bar and being seated on Vienna Sightseeing buses

16:00 - 17:30 - Bus tour of Vienna including key sights such as Naschmarkt, Schonnbrunn Palace, Opera, Parliament and UNO City

17:30 - 18:00 - Guests congregating in the Foyer of The Ritz-Carlton Vienna and enjoying chocolate covered strawberries

18:00 - 18:15 - Guests being seated in the Crystal Ballroom and placing orders for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

18:30 - 20:00 - Three-course vegetarian meal with drinks being served while Vienna Strings performs

20:00 - 20:20 - Speeches and moments of magic 

20:20 - 20:25 - Tour company promotion by Shashank and Puja

20:25 - 21:00 - Raffle prizes and surprises as well as our unique wedding favours

21:00 - 23:30 - World famous cartoonist Xi Ding will be doing individual and group portraits for guests 

21:00 - 23:45 - High-profile DJ Shashank will open the dance floor

21:05 - 21:15 - Puja and Shashank to play chest match

*We chose The Ritz-Carlton Vienna because it's the place where we met before our first date, it's the place where first held hands, it's the place where we had our first hug, it's the place where we decided to be in a relationship, it's the place where Shashank proposed to Puja, it's the place where we had our engagement photoshoot, its the place where we got our first gift for our apartment, it's the place where Shashank had his first ever spa experience and its the place where Puja made many friends with the wonderful staff. It’s the place where we have had so many special memories and so much fun and we want to share that experience with all of our guests. We want to have our first important event here with you.
